Strategic MoU of G.V.M.’s G.G.P.R. College of Commerce and Economics with Sanofi India Ltd. Verna – Goa.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Goa Vidyaprasarak Mandal’s Gopal Govind Poy Raiturcar College of Commerce and Economics, Farmagudi, Ponda-Goa and French Pharmaceutical Sanofi India Ltd, Verna-Goa. Main objective of signing MoU are collaboration efforts providing internships to college students envisaged under National Education Policy 2020, Interaction of Industry experts with Under Graduate and Post Graduate Students in form of visiting faculty, Seminar and Workshop etc. and some live research projects.

This MoU will facilitate the exchange of ideas, value to various academic skill building capacity initiative making academic relevance to industry needs. The MoU was signed by on 12/09/2023 Prof.  Teotone Vaz (Principal) and Mrs. Renee Amonkar, site Director Sanofi India., Ltd. Verna, in the presence of Dr. Meera R. Mayekar, Vice-Principal, Dr. Raina Pinto, Dr. Madanant Naik on behalf of the college and Mr. Shailendra Bidye Head of Human Resource, Mr. Parinam S. Rao, Head of Controlling TP and Mr. Suresh, Head of Accounting on behalf of Sanofi India. Ltd, Verna-Goa.
