Objective: To conduct a blood donation drive to contribute to the local blood bank and raise awareness about the importance of regular blood donation.

Introduction: Blood donation plays a critical role in saving lives and ensuring the availability of safe and sufficient blood supply for medical treatments and emergencies. This report outlines the activities and outcomes of a recent blood donation drive organized in a community or organization.

Information about the importance of blood donation and eligibility criteria was shared with potential donors. Trained healthcare professionals from Goa Medical College conducted the blood donation process in a safe and hygienic environment.

Donors were provided with refreshments and a resting area post-donation.

Volunteers played a crucial role in assisting with donor registration, providing information, and ensuring the smooth flow of the event.

Successful collection of a significant number of blood units, contributing to the local blood bank’s supply. It Raised awareness about the critical need for regular blood donation and encouraged first-time donors to become repeat donors. It strengthened community spirit and volunteer involvement.
