It was then shifted to the new library\u00a0 building inaugurated by Justice R.M.S. Khandeparkar, Judge of Mumbai High Court in the year 2007.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The library has different <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a style=\"color: #000000;\" href=\"https:\/\/gvmcommercecollege.ac.in\/library\/library-layout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sections<\/a><\/span> such as Circulation Section, Reference Section, Reading Room, Book Stacks and Research section. The total area of the library is 365 m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>The main aim of the library is to provide students an environment for developing:<\/p>\n<div>i)\u00a0 \u00a0Academic excellence,<\/div>\n<div>ii)\u00a0 Intellectual curiosity,<\/div>\n<div>iii) Reading habit, and<\/div>\n<div>iv) Attitude towards lifelong learning.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<div class=\"mh-excerpt\"><p>Gopal Govind Poy Raiturcar College Library started functioning in year 1986.
